Sully splashing around at the Duluth Fountains!

This morning for playgroup, Sully and I met up with his buddies at the Duluth Fountains in downtown Duluth. Sully had a blast!!! I knew he liked water and swimming, but I never knew he would enjoy himself as much as he did. He was soaked from head to toe and played in the water for 45 mintues! He was so much fun to watch! We had some lunch after he played and then he went back in the water to play right before we came home. Of course, we stopped by the cute, little icecream shop downtown to have a little bite of icecream to celebrate! He and Malley thought that was the perfect ending to their fun morning.

Enjoy the pictures!

Sully's little routine was to go touch the water and then quickly run away screaming with joy! It was quite funny!

Then, he would run back in to touch the water again...

And, then run away screaming again...

After he tired of that routine, he figured out how to make the best splash---by standing on the water so it would squirt out in all directions. He loved this and he would get soaked every time he did it!

Sully was having a blast!

Hey Mommy, look at me!

ICECREAM TIME!!

Sully and Malley love icecream! What a special treat!

Messy Eater!

Sully knows just how to bite down on the cone--he has mastered this very important skill!

Yummy!

Sully had a great morning!

Enjoy the pictures!

What's new with Sullivan?

Hello everyone! We have been quite busy here in Atlanta over the past few weeks! I started coaching my summer swim team. We are a big team this year with around 120 swimmers, so I have been keeping myself busy in the afternoons! Sully has been busy as well. Sully is starting to become a lot more independent. He likes to do things on his own and has started to become quite vocal about what he wants and doesn't want. He is talking a lot more now and learns to say new words everyday. He and I can have quite comical conversations now! Sully has also started to really take an interest in the potty. I am not potty training him completely yet, but do let him sit on the potty throughout the day and always put him on the potty if he gives me a sign that he might have to go. He has gone "pee pee" 4 times on the potty now, and "poo" 2 times. His favorite part is to flush and say "Bye Bye"--too cute! I don't know when I will start full potty training, but he is giving me signs that it will definately be before the end of the summer!
We have gone on some pretty fun outtings over the past few weeks. We went back to the Children's Museum and the Zoo, and we go to the park several times a week--we now go to the lake and feed the fish and ducks---Sully LOVES throwing bread! We have also been a few times to Monkey Joe's which is a huge building that has a lot of inflatables in it---we jump and go down slides and climb all over the place like monkeys! When we pull into the parking lot, Sully beats his chest like a gorilla! The pool in our neighborhood has opened, so Sully is really excited about that! Sully LOVES to swim!
I have a lot of random pictures to share...some from a few weeks ago, some just from this morning at the park--enjoy!
Sully and Jack at the Children's Museum--May 4th Sully was not as afraid of the goats at the zoo as he was last time. In this picture, Sully was petting the goat---he would turn around and get so excited after he touched the goat!! It was really funny!
Sully and his buddies at the zoo--May 18th
Pictures from the park!
Sully and Malley were running through the parking lot with their bread to go feed the ducks and fish.
Run, Sully, run!!! He was so excited! On our way to feed the fish, we came across a turtle. Sully thought that was really cool! He kept saying, "Turtle!" all day!
Sully throwing bread to the fish!
Sully loves to watch the fish eat the bread he throws. If you can enlarge the picture, you can see that there were TONS of fish trying to eat that bread!
Look at all of those fish!
After we fed the fish, we went to the playground and played. Sullivan loves to pretend that he is driving!
See Saw time with Malley!
Sully and Malley
Sully and Malley play a lot together since we live only 2 houses away. After Sully's nap, we often walk down hoping Malley is outside--they usually are, so we spend a lot of afternoons doing something fun. These pictures were too cute not to share. What a cute couple!
So sweet!

Best buds!
Hope you liked the pictures! Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Sully's adventures in Pennsylvania!

Hello! Sully and I were on an eight day adventure in Pennsylvania. We began our trip with a visit to Kelli's weekend getaway house up in the Pocono Mtns! It is a beautiful house and we had a fabulous time with our favorite New Yorker! Late in the weekend, Kelli drove me and Sully to State College for a SURPRISE visit to see Mnee and PupPup! PupPup knew all about our visit, but it was a big surprise to Mnee---needless to say, when Sully and I walked into the restaurant, she was totally surprised! Sully and I spent the rest of the week with them and then they drove us back to the Poconos to see Kelli again and so Kelli could take us back to the airport on Sunday afternoon! Whew! We were worn out when we got home, but had a great time!

This week, Sully and I have been getting back into our routine. Sully enjoyed being back in his music class on Mondays. We have been to the park a few times---they have turned on the water in the little streams and mini waterfalls, so Sully is having a blast!!! We bring an extra pair of clothes so Sully can splash around and get as wet and dirty as he wants! We are also going back to the Children's Museum this Friday with our playgroup, so we are definately back into the swing of things down here in Atlanta!

Here are some pictures of Sully on his wild adventures with Kelli and his great grandparents! No visit to State College is complete without a visit to see the Penn State Nittany Lion! Of course, Sully was ROARING the whole time we were there! Sully was SO excited to see the lion when we first arrived!

PupPup took Sully to the local airport to see airplanes and firetrucks! Sully thought that was super fun! Sully has become obsessed with trucks, so I think he liked the trucks more than the airplanes!

When Sully arrived at the airport, he was given a set of wings---he proudly wore them on his shirt!
Sully was so excited to be up close to such a big truck! There goes Sully into the truck!

There was a georgeous park close by that we visited on one of the pretty days--Sully had a great time running around and exploring!

What a great view behind Sully!

Sully saw a dog and was very excited---as if you couldn't tell! :)
Sully walking with Mnee and PupPup! What a cute picture!

Sully loved reading before going to bed!

Sully loves to read!
Sully visited with his Aunt Colleen--Grand Aunt :)

Sully's visit with Kelli in the Poconos!

We had a great time with Kelli in the Poconos. Sully's favorite activity from the weekend was throwing rocks into the lake. We made sure we walked to the lake so he could throw rocks all three days! He LOVED it so much and would cry so hard when it was time to leave! Here are some cute pictures.

Sully and Kelli!

Ciena and Sully were best buds!
Sully had such a fun time outside by the lake!

Sully loved the Moose that Kelli and Doug have outside their house--Sully even bent down a few times and kissed it! So sweet!

Hope you enjoy the pictures! We will update again soon! Have a great week!
